How renting works
- Request. Choose the items and your pickup and return times. Your request holds nothing until we confirm it.
- Confirm. We check the equipment is ready and contact you to confirm.
- Pick up. Bring a photo ID. Pay the rent and the cash deposit, sign the rental agreement, and we count any kit with you.
- Return. We check the equipment in. Late days are charged at the late rate; missing or damaged pieces at replacement cost. The rest of your deposit comes back in cash.
