StacOS subscriptions (Parts Network $79/mo, Yard OS $99/mo) are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time through your billing portal or by contacting us. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain full access through the period you paid for. We do not issue prorated refunds for partial months.
If you are unsatisfied with your first month of StacOS, contact us within 7 days of your first charge and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked. After 7 days, subscription fees are non-refundable.
Per-lead platform fees and claim fees are non-refundable once a lead has been assigned or claimed. If a lead is later determined to be invalid (duplicate submission, fraudulent seller), we will credit your account for the applicable fee.
Email [email protected] with your account email, the charge date, and reason. We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
