Refund Policy

Subscriptions

MR. STAC software subscriptions (Parts Network $79/mo, STAC-OS $99/mo) are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time through your billing portal or by contacting us. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain full access through the period you paid for. We do not issue prorated refunds for partial months.

New Subscriber Refund Window

If you are unsatisfied with your first month of STAC-OS, contact us within 7 days of your first charge and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked. After 7 days, subscription fees are non-refundable.

Platform Fees and Claim Fees

Per-lead platform fees and claim fees are non-refundable once a lead has been assigned or claimed. If a lead is later determined to be invalid (duplicate submission, fraudulent seller), we will credit your account for the applicable fee.

How to Request a Refund

Email stacholding@gmail.com with your account email, the charge date, and reason. We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
