By submitting a vehicle for a cash offer or by using the StacOS platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Cash offers are estimates based on AI-calculated scrap metal prices and vehicle condition data. All offers are subject to in-person verification at pickup. The final price may vary if the vehicle condition differs materially from your submission. Offers are valid for 72 hours. We reserve the right to decline any vehicle purchase at our discretion.
By accepting an offer, you warrant that (a) you are the legal owner of the vehicle or are authorized to sell it; (b) the vehicle is free of active liens unless disclosed in writing; (c) you will provide a valid SC title or other required documentation at pickup; (d) all representations about vehicle condition are accurate to the best of your knowledge.
StacOS is a subscription software platform for licensed SC salvage yard operators. Subscriptions are billed monthly and managed through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to terminate accounts for violation of these terms or applicable law.
In addition to subscription fees, a per-lead platform fee applies to each vehicle successfully matched and completed through the network. Claim fees for unmatched leads are charged upfront. These fees are described in your account dashboard and are subject to change with 30 days notice.
MR. STAC LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the fees paid in the 3 months preceding the claim. We make no warranties about vehicle price accuracy or market availability.
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Carolina. Any disputes shall be resolved in Williamsburg County, SC.
