Do you buy junk cars without a title?
Sometimes. Under South Carolina law (S.C. Code § 56-5-5945), a car can be sold for scrap without a title only if the title is lost or damaged (or the car was abandoned on your property), it's 12 model years or older, it has no license plate on it, and it has no engine or can't run at all. You sign an SCDMV form in place of the title, and we check that it isn't reported stolen. Otherwise we need the title — call 843-625-4676 and we'll go through your options, including a duplicate title.
Do I pay for towing?
Nothing is charged at pickup. The cost of collecting the car is already taken off the offer you see, so a car that needs a tow gets a lower offer than the same car driven onto the truck.
