These terms govern your participation as a buyer and/or hauler partner ("Partner") in the MR. STAC LLC ("MR. STAC," "we," "us") vehicle-lead network. They apply in addition to, not in place of, our general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
You participate as an independent business, not as an employee, agent, or franchisee of MR. STAC. You are solely responsible for your own vehicle purchases, transportation, licensing, taxes, and compliance with all applicable federal, South Carolina, and local law governing motor vehicle purchases and towing/hauling operations.
Submitting the partner application does not guarantee approval. We review applications and may approve, reject, or request more information at our discretion. Approved coverage is limited to the ZIP code(s) assigned to you; we limit each ZIP to a small number of partners (currently up to 2) to keep lead volume meaningful for everyone in it. We may adjust your coverage ZIPs, your rate, or your deduction schedule at any time — current terms are shown in your buyer dashboard/agreement and take effect on leads priced after the change.
When a lead matching your coverage ZIP is assigned to you, a per-lead platform fee applies as disclosed to you at approval and shown in your dashboard. You authorize us to charge the payment method on file for each accepted lead. Fees are non-refundable once a lead is assigned to you, whether or not the purchase is ultimately completed, except where MR. STAC determines in its discretion that the lead was materially misrepresented.
You must keep a valid debit or credit card on file for the duration of your participation, provided through our secure payment processor (Square) — never collected directly by MR. STAC. Failure to maintain a valid payment method may result in suspension of your ability to receive leads.
You agree to respond to assigned leads within the timeframe you represented in your application (or, if none, promptly) and to deal honestly and fairly with sellers referred to you — including honoring any price you communicate to a seller absent a material, disclosed change in vehicle condition. Repeated no-shows, unresponsiveness, or seller complaints may result in reduced lead volume, suspension, or termination.
If you tow or transport vehicles, you must carry valid commercial auto and/or liability insurance sufficient to cover your operations, and provide proof upon request. You are solely responsible for any damage, injury, or loss arising from your vehicle purchases or transport.
If you opt in to the MR. STAC business directory, the business name, contact details, and license/registration number you provide may be displayed publicly to help sellers and customers verify your business. You may request removal at any time.
Either party may end this partnership at any time, for any reason, on notice. We may suspend or terminate immediately for a violation of these terms, applicable law, or conduct that harms sellers, other partners, or MR. STAC's reputation. Fees already incurred for assigned leads remain due.
Neither party is restricted from working with other buyers, haulers, platforms, or networks. Assignment of a lead to you does not guarantee future leads or any minimum volume.
MR. STAC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the network. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the fees you paid us in the 3 months preceding a claim. We make no warranty regarding lead volume, seller responsiveness, or vehicle condition accuracy.
These terms are governed by the laws of South Carolina. Any disputes shall be resolved in Williamsburg County, SC.
We may update these terms from time to time; continued participation after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
